Guidelines for poster preparation:

The maximum size of the poster is 95 cm (widht), 120 cm (height).

Posters should be mounted preferably on Tuesday June 24 (at latest on Wednesday morning), and dismounted on Friday June 27. In addition to poster sessions on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, there will be organized poster walks. Further information about the poster walks will be sent later.

Pins to attach posters will be provided by the organizers.

Abstract Submission

Authors are invited to submit abstracts written in English for either oral presentation or poster communication (decision will be made by the conference organizers). In general we accept one abstract/presenting author. Please read the guidelines below.

All abstracts will be evaluated and the authors will be notified of the outcome before April 15, 2008. Accepted abstracts will be published in printed and electronic formats.

Due to limited space in the conference lecture hall, the number of participants is limited. We recommend you to register early.

Important dates:

Abstract submission deadline February 29, 2008.

Early bird registration fee deadline February 29, 2008.

Notification to presenting authors by April 15, 2008 of whether submitted abstract has been accepted.

Guidelines for abstract preparation and submission:

Abstracts can only be submitted via the congress website. The corresponding author is also the presenting author and must be registered for the congress before abstract submission. Registration

Abstracts are written in English, and the corresponding author is responsible for spelling, grammar and scientific accuracy and veracity of the abstract. The corresponding author must ensure that co-authors are aware and approve of the submitted abstract.

Please adhere to the instructions in the submission of your abstract

• name and contact details of the presenting author
  (who is also the corresponding author)
• authors and affiliations
• abstract title (max. 150 characters)
• abstract text (max. 2000 characters)

You may copy and paste text to most of the fields in the abstract submission form. Capitalize only the first word in the abstract title and include all authors in the authors' list. Please avoid using special characters in your abstract, but if this is unavoidable, please send your abstract also as a word document attachment to avoid errors. After you have completed the abstract submission form, remember to click the Finish (Send all data) -button. Sample abstract
