The text book is in good condition, but since my daughter decided to drop the class right after the 1st class, then she shipped the book back to you right away, supposedly we should get back full refund since she never even opened that book at all. But the problem is I just got back half of the cost, I think that is ripped off!!! Please advise what I should do in order to get back full refund. I must get back full refund since I already also lost "double" shipment fee.
